Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard and express delivery. Delivery cost is based on the weight and the service chosen at checkout.

Delivery will generally be by EVRI and all parcels are tracked, tracking information will be sent with the delivery confirmation email.

There will be a small additional charge to the above for deliveries to Northern Ireland and British Forces delivery regions and there will be no Express Delivery options to these regions. 

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for £2.50 for orders over £6 within 8 Miles, this will be offered at checkout if you are in an eligible area.

Deliveries are made from 6pm to 8pm on a Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival or of any changes

Kerbside pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local kerbside pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our kerbside pickup hours are 10am to 8pm on Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sundayanddolly23@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
